The bulk of the debt is convertible into AMI stock at AMI's choosing on favourable terms. It's been a while since I studied the detail on AMI but am a holder and have been for about 13-14 months now.
This is a company with a tremendous mine and a good strong share register. Strong cash flows, improving recoveries and plenty of mine driven cash at bank.
Hasn't been any issue of new shares in this company for a long time
