I'm not to sure which other companies you have held in the past, however the two announcements which you describe as 'filler' are obligatory in that you cannot build a functioning mine without the contractors to design and implement. Of course, it may not be as sexy as a BOA but it's part of the process.

Lastly, you cannot paint current progress and new management with the 'Tabba Tabba' brush. It's basically a different company and one focused on Spodumene rather than Tantalum. The failing in Tabba Tabba was the construction of the processing rig. Today's announcement detailing how the design, engineering and construction will address these issues and allow us to bring Pilgangoora online, on-budget and as quick as possible. This process would in fact be more important to the survival and success of the company than the first BOA that was signed. No point in having an off-take if the mine construction fails. That was Tabba Tabba's downfall. I would think that today's announcement became a little less filler and slightly more company making wouldn't you think?
