Hi Coopy I'm more talking about COP having maybe cocked the paper work up. I think WPL would have some recourse if that happened...I'm no lawyer either.
I have no idea if the Gov. has veto rights but if as I believe the Gov/FAR think COP have not completed the paper work correctly and preemption has not begun they simply can't approve the deal IMO.DB
