    its the capital raising people have been calling for a while.

    Interesting and at least they are giving current shareholders a chance to particiapate as well.

    i'll be sending my cheque in thats for sure.

    $1.30 is a bit cheap though, thought they may have pitched it a bit higher to protect the sp?
