The ridiculous assertion by Labor and the Greens that it will cost to much is a joke because both parties have never worried about spending tax payers money before and it is a small price to pay for the public to have its say and put the issue to rest.
Interesting to see the human headline also wants to rob the public of a vote as well it didn't take him long to join the ranks of the arrogant political class who know what is good for us.

The Greens and Labor senators were elected by the Australian people on the same day in the same election that the coalition members were elected. I see nothing wrong in them rejecting the plebiscite bill when it comes to the senate for a vote.
They have a mandate too.
