Defendant, Unilife Medical Solutions, Inc., (“Unilife”) files this Motion for Stay, with
the consent of opposing counsel, to stay all pending deadlines in this matter for thirty (30) days.
The parties in this matter are presently in the advanced stages of settlement discussions and have
a reasonable basis to believe that this matter will be resolved without the need for further
involvement by the Court. Unilife requests a stay of all pending deadlines for thirty(30) days so
as to preserve resources and avoid unnecessary cost. The requested stay will permit the parties to
complete settlement negotiations without incurring unnecessary and wasteful litigation expenses.  
WHEREFORE, Unilife, with the consent of opposing counsel, requests that the Court
stay all pending deadlines in this matter for a period of thirty (30) days.
