EBT going live with Norths cashless gaming circa February 2002, when in fact they couldn't fix up their problems until around a year later!

IASBet and SportingBet were operating illegally whereas in fact not only are these competitors legal, their new features look increasingly likely to help make EBT's competing operations worthless.
