re: some detail of the new site Yep, tend to agree. While WEB is a tiddler at the moment to some of the big companies the fact that they are continuing to make large increases in sales in what is a tight market cannot have escaped the notice of some of the larger players.
Easiest way to remove the nuisance is to take them out of the game by buying them, I'd suggest.
