Deal for both Noveda and Zentri are finalised and will complete soon - currently finalising notice of meetings for shareholder approval. Thereafter all revenues from both will acrrue to Buddy.
Buddy now processing 40 million transactions a day, 100% increase on the June milestone of 20 million. Buddy has also won a new deal with a well known US brand worth over $1.2 mllion over the next seven months. Pipeline now $5.8 million. Zentri shipments continue to rapidly grow, now $2.6 mllion with backlog of US$2 milion for this calndar year, total for calendar year, $4.6 million.
