    For those that like the penny stock start ups in the high tech sector, a BUY tip: FirstWave Xloud Technology FCT.
    This small highly geared company has a nice new relationship with Telstra and will be doing major cloud storage and security software. I reckon FCT is on an upwave of price and growth.
