I have been buying xip over the past week and also noticed the low volume, a slight concern that delayed my decision to jump in until the price fell enough (and regrettably miss the spp holder record date). Also clearly a market maker helping the stock hold its position. I'm literally being drip fed into my holding with tiny buy orders being added above mine. I can wait.
Peter Lynch once wrote that his fav stocks are the ones that nobody is (initially) paying attention to. Seems to apply ti xip, possibly overshadowed by iph. Xip results are solid, but need to tease out fx gain to confirm that. Growing business, although some question how accretive the recent acquisition really is (see Bell Potter report). And recurring revenue business model is less volatile than many service firms. We'll see how xip progresses.
