I think that what Mr Coleman describes as protection of interest is exactly what FAR are doing against a third party WPL as the sale does not show the full value of the resources.
And he knows it will increase in resource to 1BBL and hence the foreplay to bastardise FAR's position.
I am no lawyer but even if FAR does not win this battle they surely can take Mr Coleman to court on defamation charges with those statements.
