Maybe we can ask Havenfresh if they have any legal representation that can assist - I believe they had one of their solicitors at yesterday's shareholder meeting present. These guys don't F***around.

So if we approach the likes of MB or S&Gordon (nice recent bounce in sp) - do we gauge their interest levels based on the recent events that have occurred and if they take it on, is it on that "no fee now win" basis ?

I know Slater's have recently completed a settlement for Billabong shareholders that were misled with a trading update.
