I think I can see your reasoning for small wildcats aiming at small zones, with little enviro impact
I don't think there is a major risk issue of seal, trap and reservoir in our Cuba play though and it is already far to big to go the way you advocate even on dated seismic info.
Of course reservoir characteristics are a risk though until we drill and data gather like all play openers.
We will need substantial suites of logs and coring here.
I really don't think the leader of MEO will have much of a choice to state what type of kit he wants to use to open this play up.
It will be conventional and it will be heavily biased to well and environmental control as well as being able to facilitate all the data techniques we will need .
They will be pitching this at the very highest stakes....anything less than industry optimum equipment for the potential massive HCs in place would not even be in consideration I would advocate.
