14M shares bought today. So its some kind of absorption happening.
The insiders know the turnaround is happening or smart ones. Debt is refinanced and operations are stabilising.
The $30M restructuring cost will provide savings.
The management meeting key stakeholder groups mean negotiations with NHIL will settle.
Being breakeven or close to it means other partys delaying settlements will need to come to the party as the problem (SGH) is not going anywhere and process of frustration and deeper pockets can't be continued.
