If FAR was certain of their legal situation and can demonstrate that the PE period indeed was not triggered because of certain anomalies, then that would be the smartest course of action to take. To remind them that PE was not triggered at the end of what COP/WPL thought to be the end of the 30 day period. That gave FAR another 30 days for organizing the $. I would give FAR team full marks.

For all we know, the PE documents could have already been rectified and triggered period in force. We'll probably only find out the "declaration of their intention" after the PE is lodged by FAR, I would say next 2,3 weeks unless there is a reason for COP not to have corrected the lodgement, then it would sound like something was really wrong and not just an oversight.
