re: takeover psv wont run till the take/over is voted for and confirmed. market buyers dont like indecision, as they are not sure what twists and turns some of these processes can take. when its over in my opinion there will be a lot more trying to get into psv., because of the gold potential, available labour force, and available plant the new merged company will have at their disposal. merryl lynch and AMP have already got in.
combine all the above factors and considering the share price is asleep, thats what makes them a good buy now, i think.
