My understanding is that all of the documentation has been submitted at a high level (Government) and that documents such as the IBA are now being worked through with lower levels (Council) to confirm particulars such as local employment requirements etc. I also understand that this doesn't aid with anyone's patience including my own but hopefully all stakeholders are smart enough to ride the current zinc price and media attention and grant the money license (mining license) in the near future.
