Nice post guys, all food for thought . I have to ask you Vendor - a suspension of this time frame would have to be considered highly unusual . I am sure LVR and PSV were holding merger discussions over a prolonged period . Neither company saw fit to place themselves in voluntary suspension for 5 weeks . Surely numerous companies continue to have formal and informal discussions without hauling themselves off the market . I applaud the company for alerting all shareholders of the potential merge but why the suspension . Surely the trading halt would have sufficed . Holders were informed, if they chose to trade their holdings that was their choice . Seller beware . Confused
