There is so much hype and expectation built up in FAR that news of no preemption or satisfactory commercial terms will see a replay of July 14 flash crash. The only winners will be the ones with available cash to catch the fall and get some cheap shares and the shorter who started shorting with zeal last Thursday & Friday and I assume has been picking up the pace yesterday and today.
