Guess a projected SP is going to depend on quite a few factors. I'm far from an expert in valuing a compan's worth but I would like to know a few things, which are probably unanswerable just yet. For instance, the cost per ounce to get the gold out of the ground and what GPR might be planning about a mill - and how they will finance it.
Then there's Cambodia and Fiji. I can only imagine what might happen to the share price should any one of these projects get up and running, a serious rerate for sure, but what if they get all 3 areas up and going?
I haven't looked at how many ounces of gold per annum that NST are producing right now, but I'm sure they were putting out something like 600,000 when they were rerated to nearly $5.00 a share. They've since fallen back to a bit over $4.00 but I guess they could be a very rough guide to what we might expect.
To me this is still a very speculative stock but with each announcement my confidence is growing. I've got a few spare dollars left to invest and I have to say that I'm certainly watching GPR closely.
Would enjoy hearing anyone elses logic on the sare price too.
