    The possible reason behind the sp drop could be some stakeholders are 1) collecting cheap chips from weak hands and 2) waiting for the share issue at a very low price (say, 0.5c or even 0.4c) for reaching phase 2 milestone defined in the agreement between the company and the vendors. Again, I am happy to be proven wrong.
