There are my thoughts on ALL and I'm interested to hear your views.
ALL prior to the latest announcement was around $1. 60
They then announced a loss in the first half of the year of a MASSIVE $35 million.
It then crashed to around 80c on the news and subsequently has risen quite strongly to todays levels of $1.35 based 'PURELY' on takeover speculation!!!
What I tend to think is that with a shareprice of $1.35 and a loss of $35mil in the first half and 'UNCERTAINTY' (we don't know what the second half will be like but most LIKELY another loss) in the second half results, I think it is now got to the stage where I put it in the 'overpriced' section based on current fundamentals and also the uncertainty within the industry it is in and fierce competition from other suppliers.
I have traded ALL recently and made good money from it when I bought in at $1.05 but I really DO think ALL is 'OVERPRICED'! I also believe that takeover rumours are 'FALSE' because if anyone was interested in it they could of launched a bid much sooner than now.
