Summary Update

Hi All,
I recently received a response from FAR in relation to a query I sent them.
I have summarised (in my own words) my thoughts on the response from FAR.

I got the impression that there are discussions / negotiations currently underway between all parties and the Senegal Government. I got the impression that the dispute process has a life span of approximately 3 months. I am not sure what happens if an agreement is not made within this timeframe, however, I am guessing when I say that it possibly then goes to a Court. I guess the main thing to consider here is that we don’t know when (if at all) a decision will be made, it could be today or it might take up the full 3 months. I think we’re already nearly 3 weeks into the dispute process so hopefully (worst case scenario) we should have an update within the next 1-2 months, however, I am obviously hoping for a much quicker turn around.
