Well at least that should keep the tax man out of this deal.
Sure, certainly disappointing for the longer term holders (like me!) but I couldn't resist another punt at this level. You can't be throwing good money after bad from here. And the Chinese would not back out at this stage. They've already done plenty of DD, along with all the others over the last few years. Quick settlement is also a good sign. JMHO.
