SEN is nothing like LVL....and it hurts your argument to even suggest that.

I agree the management of SEN are questionable and their treatment of shareholders is even more questionable but they do have cash and they do generate revenues.

And i do NOT believe this is a placement for cash.

I believe its shares in lieu of payment for something.

they have just used a notional value of 55c per share to make it look even beter then it might be.

which would mean the others need SEN.......and that is a worry.
