So the SP was 3.48 last close & the founder of the company sells out his entire 10% stake for $3.15 ....
The founder - someone who would be perhaps the MOST OPTIMISTIC person in the company about their current position has not only resigned, but sold his entire stake for a 10% discount to the last traded price...
