Has been trading very strongly for some time started to buy some today at 65 cents. Waited to see what effect the sale of one million at 64 had before getting in.
Nice to have this and PSA showing some potential at the same time. (Wonder if end of year selling will affect ARQ, A lot less likely with PSA because of it's tight liquidity).
