From memory, Mid year did show that COGS was higher than Sales, right?? So if only a small proportion of the full year Sales were actually commercial then the fact that we've gone from negative to positive margins in the last six months is ... well, a positive. This would indicate good long term margins.

If a relatively larger proportion of Sales were commercial, this would indicate that the long term margin isn't going to be as favourable. I think the former case seems more likely though.

Dec 15 figures
Revenue 1,249,778 and Cost of Sales (1,037,355) = 17% GP and now 2%. The only other reason for the decrease that i could think of is some stock may have been lost/written off and they stuck that figures in the COG. Anyway we shall find out the real margin in a few months time. good luck
