Thanks @tt2000. I have been quiet because I've been O/S on vacation and didn't login to HC. I now come back to this. Great research. I had written off my equity investment but am now even more upset that noteholders funds such as mine had been gambled in such a way. From what I recall, Aurora have had a management shake up. I can't imagine they would embark upon a class action. The likelyhood of getting anything back will be small, for a lot of effort on their part and further publication of a poor investment -- which won't do their funds under management any worth.
