i rang company..... most important factor that i found out was a reassurance that monies from shaw clients has been received and cash is in bank. resolution that was voted against was to enable company to raise additional capital inside a 12 month period should they need too....
i think the sell off possibly could have been sour grapes from the directors who were shown the door.
tomorrow will be interesting.
