Intelligencer - you said "a women will only have as many children as she desires."
Now you say - "The number of women is the same and their reproductive capacity is the same." and claim that "what you were getting at is the rate limiting step."
If you think you are somehow getting out of your first outrageous statement that way, you are very much mistaken. By the way there are some Australian women who have more children than they desire - but I am sure that does not have any meaningful effect on you either.
