Why take over a mining shell if they are a tech company?
I did do my research and more than you by the looks of it since I'm not invested, and to date management have proven that to be the wise decision.
WCN yes worth a punt of 2% equity reserved for penny stocks but not a dime more, believing they will pay off your mortgage if you go in large or even worse invest family and friends hard earned as well is a suckers play which at best will give you lots of sleepless nights.
