Apologies that my view came out as negative but @shane.hardy has always known my views on the amount of JV with landowners offered by AVQ, and I now know there is a history of landowner dispute for 30 years at SI, this make AVQ management's decision even worst.......when there is that much JV ownership percentage involved, naturally everyone wants a piece of the pie.
