Gold price, page-5115

Well today was a fizzer across the board huh.
Frustrating, again!
But today's grey hairs were thanks to the property market, which is looking awful in Perth.
How does this play into the whole scheme of things, not sure, but Sydney/Melb median prices almost double of many parts of Perth, it just goes to show something's really wrong out there. Buyers probably in a great position but valuations... let's just say mine was an eye opener.
Tough one, genuine buyers in a great position to buy at 'the lows' but are we really at the bottom, doesn't seem like it. Yet many properties are still listed almost a year later without budging .. opportunistic or insane, in a landscape where lenders don't see the level of equity sellers think there is. Deadlock.
Back to gold, perhaps an opportunity for me to top-up here, but again, where's the bottom of this rot from 50c range. Sorry for the rambling on, heavy day with lots of big questions and no answers out there. Confusing times we live in.
