To those who bought in on the slippery slide from .15 cents to now will have the wariness of hollow promises from management over the last 3 to 4 years . The only mistake they made was again timing . The difference between the two is the balance sheet and a hardened view of management .

One thing all are exposed to is the massive billion plus unit makeup of MSR . Like it or not management back then and now are much the same people .

My gut tells me that this will soften again before it makes a reasonable return . I'm not down ramping as I've got my fill with no intention of topping up . At this level MSR owes me nothing but I'm not convinced that this is going to be the high 5 er that the hype is suggesting right now .
