Have reviewed the profit or loss statement and two questions.
1. Why the massive increase of "Share Based Payment Expense" 5.5 million (fin year 2016) compared to a mere $352,984 (fin year 2015). Is this an actual outgoing paid out of the company or a book adjustment entry ?
2. Also why the huge jump in the expense line "Employee and Directors Benefits Expense" of $2,323,894 (fin yr 2016) compared to $681,539 (fin year 2015).
