Yes they can easily put a team together but i said GOOD team. I worked offshore for nearly 9 years until the recent downturn and their are huge differences between operators.
I just don't think it's something they would be ready for. If it was a small field and they were in the initial exploration faze I think they would be ok but not going forward from where SNE is atm.
To bring a whole new team together at this point is a big ask IMO. Plus the financial factors behind it too.
