Well Bains warrants are protected against dilution as usual, not sure if that impacts on things. A pro rata rights issue where Bain gets an entitlement for their warrants might keep everybody happy. Not sure if the warrants are even in the calculus.
I'd pref a premium placement to a strategic investor, and they take the oil and gas assets as part of the deal - lol
