The french consortium is freaking massive. Check out these numbers.

Louis Dreyfus Group - Aggregate average annual gross sales in recent years have exceeded $120 billion. The company employs more than 22,000 people globally at peak season.

VINCI Construction Group - Turnover of approx 30Billion Euros a year and employs in excess of 142,000 staff

Egis Group - Turnover of approx 800Million Euros per year

Technip S.A. - the total annual revenues stand at more than Euros 10.7 billion.

There has been no mention of debt funding. Does anyone really think a consortium of this size is going to be limited to producing a DFS and EPC?

I doubt it very much. Debt funding is welll and truly in the bag imo.....
