Those are excellent questions Skorz,
The only question that i can answer that I would be surprised if i am wrong is that they'll recieve payment in USD NOT AUD.
I feel like they'll use the amazon service to get it rolling before getting servers etc setup there but then if they obtain 500,000 customers then it can be a cut like 20% per 1000 subs etc (maybe something similar to how youtube works with the ads cut).
