I have just been going through some of your numbers. Wouldn't the tax rate be higher than the 15.5% and 2% you have mentioned. Your tax is based on the tax payable in Brazil but i'm guessing they will have more tax to pay in Aussie on top of this?

Also it won't change your calculation much but the debt repayments shouldn't be reducing your taxable income.

Also can anyone tell me how many shares are owned by the board and management team?
