Well Pedro (aka Sherlock Holmes), you might be right -- maybe I am a board member but, if so, I think it's about time someone let me know.

I'm delighted to see that Bull has decided to make a factual and logical post. It contained a grand total of TWO alleged facts, one of which doesn't stand up to scrutiny, and very little logic. He must have found it exhausting.

Fact 1. "Worst performing gold stock on the ASX". If he had made a closer examination of gold stocks he would have noticed that some have gone under. While EXG shares have not performed well it is far from going under. In fact, it's current position is strong.

Fact 2. "Capital raising at 5 cents". It's certainly disappointing that capital had to be raised at this price but the market enthusiasm for the capital raising was a strong vote of confidence in the company.

The most important issue facing EXG at the moment is the ill conceived, dishonest and incompetent attempt to foist three poorly qualified directors on to the board. Shareholders would well advised to closely scrutinize their credentials. They would be equally well advised to try to determine who approached these candidates to stand for the board and what his motives are. This person appears to suffer from megalomania of Hitleresque proportions which further diminishes his already poor judgement and makes it impossible for him to distinguish right from wrong.

He should be aware that shareholders who have been forced to sell their shares at current low prices might seek to hold him responsible for their losses. It could also be that the firm employing him might take a dim view of the fact he has been involved in a scheme which has damaged EXG, shares of which are held by many of it's clients.

Oh, and last but not least -- I'd just like to congratulate Bull on his choice of Hotcoppper alias -- it invariably reflects the quality of his posts!
