I would not be concerned about PJO price vs BSG price, remember that BSG has several additional assets that are outside of the PJO structure, therefore making BSG the in my opinion better purchase.
With regards to a takeover option, I would not think about that too much as any serious buyer will have to pay a substantial premium before the directors would sell their holdings. The directors/management know what is in the ground, they are very conservative and are doing things properly, however if you read the announcements and the drilling results, you will soon understand that they are sitting on a substantial resource which is currently not yet reflected due to the fact that insufficient data is available to add it to the resource.
