As is quite often the case of a private company going public, the founder finds it difficult (if not impossible) to recognise the fact he now has other part-owners of the company.
In turn the need to keep the other owners informed of what is going on with the business.
From everything I have read and heard it seems FG still very much regards SEN as being his own operation and will only begrudingling gives out any information.
One wonders whether how the rest of the Board and the MD accepts his apparant autocratic attitude.
Insofar as the Board sacking him, he is Executive Chairman so that is not really on the cards.
IF you are a shareholder, then the best way to convey your dissatisfaction is (a) vote against his re-election and (b) attent the AGM and verbally raise the issue about investor relations.
