Interesting perspective Wise One. Actually seems quite logically and feasible tactic.
The business itself is profitable, however, if Estia choose not to raise capital what will happen?
As the price gets lower it will be tempting for another hedge fund to start accumulating or short covering to take profits, the strategy will only work if they are all concluding together. It just takes one/more players to see the value here and start accumulating against the tide.
Weather the storm, like you said this business is not going bust. If you let the fear/panic overcome you, you will surely lose.
