That statement "after all the share price is now the lowest it has ever been...and the company is doing rather well overall" is a nonsensical juxtaposition.

Objectively, think about what you wrote.

If the SP is at all time lows - the company CANT BE doing rather well - can it? ... otherwise the SP wouldn't be at all time lows.

Something is wrong & currently the SP is 'telling the market' something is VERY WRONG.
