@Pokerface - I think its the other way round UBS have borrowed the stock and can do whatever they like with it - they will have to replace or return the borrowed stock to Regal at some point. The bit I dont get is why Regal is also the reporting entity ( umbrella holding ) for UBS. Merrill , Morgans and Credit Suisse ?
