I notice UBS have also put up a substantial holder notice for ORE at 5.01% on Aug 26.

Interestingly nearly half(4.87M) are in a prime broking agreement which includes Regal.
Brispot also holds.
ORE only has less than 1M shorts but were heavily shorted earlier this year.
