    benefits to buy cmx or ogd Has anyone done the calculations whether to buy CMX shares to be exchanged for OGD shares

    What is the formula.

    CMX shares are 0.44 and OGD are 0.675 currently today 10:20 AM

    Maybe CMX is cheaper entry point
